The enthralling acrobats, aerialists and clowns of performance troupe Sweet Can team up with the award-winning Levins World Folk Ensemble for an uplifting, entertaining and unusual combination of circus and music-making. In this magical collaboration, husband-and-wife team and renowned folks artists Julia and Ira Levin pair the words of the Persian poet Hafiz with their songwriting talents and sweet harmonies to create an incredible backdrop of breathtaking sonic beauty to Sweet Can’s mesmerizing feats. The result is more than just a circus and more than just a concert: It’s an inspiration.
